Because graphite has many excellent properties, it is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, electrical, chemical, textile, national defense and other industrial sectors. It can be used as refractory material. Graphite products maintain the original chemical properties of flake graphite and have strong self-lubricating properties. The characteristics of graphite powder are high-strength acid resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of 3000 °C and low temperature resistance of -204 °C. At the same time, its compressive strength is greater than 800kg/cm2, and it is anti-oxidation. It loses 1% of its weight in 450 °C air and has a rebound rate. 15-50% (density 1.1-1.5). Therefore, graphite products have been widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, high energy physics, aerospace, electronics, etc.

1. Graphite products have good adsorption.

The pore structure of charcoal makes charcoal have good adsorption properties, so charcoal is often used as an adsorbent material for absorbing moisture, odor, toxic substances, etc. We have done experiments. The graphite baking tray used for barbecue a few days ago looks very clean, but when heated on the induction cooker, you will see that the grease and harmful substances adsorbed during the previous barbecue will slowly seep out, but don’t worry. Wipe it clean with a clean napkin and it’s ready to use.

Graphite products have good thermal conductivity, fast heat transfer, uniform heating, and fuel saving.   Baking pans and pots made of graphite heat up quickly, and the cooked food is evenly heated, cooked from the inside out, and the heating time is short. Not only does it taste pure, but it can also lock in the original nutrients of the food. We have done experiments. When grilling meat with a graphite baking tray, the induction cooker can be preheated in only 20-30 seconds when it is first turned on to a high fire.

3. Graphite products have chemical stability and corrosion resistance.

Graphite has good chemical stability at room temperature and is not corroded by any strong acid, strong alkali and organic solvent. Therefore, even if graphite products are used for a long time, there is little wear and tear, as long as they are wiped clean, they are still as new.
4. Graphite products have strong anti-oxidation and reduction effects.
Products, especially graphite mattresses, can produce negative oxygen ions after heating, which can activate the surrounding items, maintain human health, effectively prevent aging, and make the skin full of luster and elasticity.

5. Graphite products are environmentally friendly and healthy, without radioactive pollution and high temperature resistance.

Carbon has to go through at least a dozen days and nights of graphitization in a high temperature environment of 2000-3300 degrees to become graphite. Therefore, the toxic and harmful substances in graphite have already been released, and it is stable at least within 2000 degrees.
